Notes | New build tender. Design of the tender is based on the original 1862 Sharp Stewart outline drawing and detailed measurements and information from a similar existing tender preserved with a Sharp Stewart 2-4-0 locomotive (TCDD no. 23004) in Turkey. Chassis constructed by Vickers Shipbuilding & Engineering Ltd (VSEL), Barrow -in-Furness. Tank is of welded construction with dummy rivets and was constructed by Furness College, Barrow-in-Furness.
