Notes Withdrawn in December 1965 with LNER A4 class no. 60026. Sent with this loco to Crewe Works for spares removal. Purchased by the owners of LNER A4 class no. 60007 for possible conversion to a water carrier. This plan was not carried out and the tender was latterly stored at Hunslet Goods Yard, Leeds before being scrapped in 1975.
