Notes The actual identity of this tender has not been established but it arrived at Woodham Bros, Barry with GWR Manor class 4-6-0 no. 7828. The last tender on this loco's record card is no. 1864 but the loco ran for another 4 years when no information was added to the record card and it could have been swapped for another one during this time. The owner has two tenders for 3814. Work was started on this 3500 gallon tender including getting a new tank made. The frames however are in poor condition and a Collett 4000 gallon tender was later also purchased. The 4000 gallon tender is in better condition and much work has been done on it though it is not yet fully restored and is currently at Llangollen undergoing further work. While it is not known which tender 3814 might run with it looks more likely the 4000 gallon tender will be used though at present as restoration of 3814 is still on going the 4000 gallon tender will be hired out for use with 6880 GWR Grange class 4-6-0.
