Notes | Tank not replaced since preservation. Some official sources quote a coal capacity of 4.25 tons for these tenders. Though restored to SECR livery this tender retains its SR tender number plate on the front of the left hand frame. It is not known if the SECR actually numbered their tenders, it does carry the number of the locomotive it is attached to, 737, on a plate on the rear of the tank. |
