Notes | Built with a 6000 gallon tank. New tank by BR in 1962 to the same style as the Bulleid 5250 gallon tank but retaining a capacity of 6000 gallons . It is not known if tank has been replaced since preservation. The coal space has been extended backwards by 5'6" with consequent displacement of the brake reservoirs further back as well. It is not known how much this has increased coal capacity and whether water capacity has been changed as well. This change happened during its overhaul to run with 35018. |
